Mandatory Requirements
Banking Finance Experience: Robust finance background in a Bank or Banking GCC (Global Capability Center) is mandatory.
IFRS Expertise: Deep working knowledge of IFRS (especially implementation and application in banking). High level of proficiency is required.
Finance Transformation: Proven experience leading Ledger Transformation, Finance Transformation, or large-scale Change Management initiatives within the finance function.
Oracle Fusion: Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Financials as part of a finance transformation or ledger implementation project is mandatory.
Experience leading cross-functional transformation programs and stakeholder management at senior leadership level.
Preferred Candidate Profile
CA / MBA (Finance) / CPA / ACCA or equivalent qualification.
10–18+ years of experience in Banking Finance, Finance Transformation, or Financial Reporting.
Experience in finance process redesign, target operating model, and ledger modernization.
Robust understanding of General Ledger, Financial Reporting, Chart of Accounts, Month-End Close, and Regulatory Reporting.
Pay: ₹3,500,000.00 - ₹4,100,000.00 per year
