You will assist in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for various technology roles while learning contemporary recruitment strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the Talent Acquisition team in sourcing and shortlisting candidates for various technology roles.
Source and screen candidates through job portals to match technical skill requirements.
Assist in creating and posting job descriptions across platforms.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Communicate professionally with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience.
