Educational Qualification
B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering – Mandatory
M.Tech in Civil Engineering – Preferred
Candidates with experience in a civil contracting/construction company will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Quantity Surveying (QS) and quantity take-off from drawings and BOQs.
Preparation and verification of BOQs and quantity statements.
Preparation of estimates and rate analysis for civil works.
Preparation and checking of client RA bills.
Verification and processing of subcontractor bills.
Preparation of measurement sheets and reconciliation of quantities.
Monitoring actual quantities against BOQ quantities.
Identification and tracking of variations and extra items.
Assist in tendering, estimation, and commercial evaluation.
Prepare and update project schedules and work plans.
Monitor project progress against planned schedules.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
Coordinate with site engineers, clients, consultants, subcontractors, and vendors.
Follow up on drawings, approvals, materials, and site requirements.
Coordinate between office and site teams for smooth project execution.
Maintain project documentation, drawings, BOQs, measurements, and billing records.
Update project and commercial information in the ERP system.
Prepare MIS and management reports.
Review civil drawings and coordinate for drawing-related queries and discrepancies.
