We are looking for an experienced International Sales professional to join our US Freight Brokerage team. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in International Sales, Freight Brokerage/Logistics, Travel Sales, or a similar international voice sales environment.

The role involves handling international clients, generating business, negotiating rates, and building long-term customer relationships in the US logistics market.

Key Responsibilities
Generate and develop new business through outbound calls and lead generation.
Connect with US-based clients and understand their freight requirements.
Negotiate pricing, rates, and terms with customers and carriers.
Coordinate freight bookings and ensure smooth execution of shipments.
Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Achieve individual sales and revenue targets.
Follow up consistently with leads and convert prospects into business.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, quotations, and shipments.

Requirements
4+ years of experience in any of the following:




~International Sales~Freight Brokerage / US Logistics~Travel Sales
Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong sales, negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
Experience handling international/US clients is preferred.
Target-oriented, self-motivated, and commercially driven.
Ability to work independently and handle a fast-paced sales environment.What We Offer
