About the Role

Catalyst Education is looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive business growth, lead sales activities, generate new opportunities, and achieve admission and revenue targets in the Calicut region.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute business development strategies for the Calicut market.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales/admission targets.
Generate and convert leads through calls, meetings, referrals, events, and local networking.
Manage and guide the sales/admission team toward achieving targets.
Build solid relationships with students, parents, institutions, and other stakeholders.
Identify new business opportunities and potential market segments.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
Track team performance, conversion rates, revenue, and lead pipeline.
Conduct regular team reviews and provide performance feedback.




Coordinate with Marketing, Academic, and Branch teams for lead generation and conversions.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.

Requirements
2–4 years of experience in Business Development / Sales, preferably in EdTech or Education.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Experience in managing or mentoring a sales team is preferred.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
Customer-focused and highly target-oriented.
Good knowledge of the Calicut market is an advantage.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
