About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Management Trainee – Business Development to support our business growth initiatives. The role will involve identifying current opportunities, building relationships, supporting sales activities, and understanding the overall business operations of a sports and infrastructure company.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and research potential clients, partners, schools, corporates, and business opportunities.
Generate and follow up on leads through calls, meetings, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
Assist in developing business proposals and presentations.
Coordinate with internal teams to take opportunities from enquiry to closure.
Maintain and update lead, client, and business development data.
Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
Support client meetings, site visits, events,



and business presentations.
Track follow-ups, conversions, and business development targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Learn and support different functions of the business as part of the management trainee role.

What We’re Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Sports Management, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive presentation and negotiation skills.
Proactive, confident, and willing to take ownership.
Comfortable with calling, follow-ups, meetings, and field visits.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint, and business communication.
Robust interest in learning business operations and sales
