Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily production activities.
Manage production schedules and ensure targets are met.
Monitor product quality and compliance with company standards.
Enforce workplace safety policies and procedures.
Train, mentor, and evaluate production employees.
Assign tasks and manage workforce utilization.
Investigate production issues and implement corrective actions.
Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance activities.
Maintain production records, reports, and documentation.
Collaborate with quality, maintenance, logistics, and planning teams.
Drive process improvements to increase productivity and reduce waste.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and company requirements.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
