About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Marketplace Manager to manage and scale our presence across Amazon, Flipkart, and other online marketplaces. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in marketplace operations, catalog management, advertising, inventory planning, and sales growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities
Marketplace Management
Manage end-to-end operations of Amazon, Flipkart, and other marketplaces.
Create, optimize, and maintain product listings.
Handle catalog uploads, variations, A+ Content, and brand store management.
Monitor account health and ensure compliance with marketplace policies.

Sales Growth & Optimization
Develop strategies to increase organic rankings and sales.
Conduct keyword research using tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, etc.
Analyze competitor listings and identify growth prospects.
Improve conversion rates through listing optimization.

Advertising & Promotions
Manage Amazon PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display).
Optimize ad spend, ACOS, TACOS, ROAS, CTR, and conversion metrics.
Plan and execute marketplace promotions, deals,



and coupon campaigns.

Inventory & Order Management
Forecast inventory requirements and coordinate replenishment.
Monitor stock levels to avoid stock-outs and excess inventory.
Track order fulfillment, returns, reimbursements, and customer feedback.

Reporting & Analytics
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
Analyze sales trends, category performance, and profitability.
Recommend data-driven actions to improve revenue and margins.

Required Skills
Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Amazon Seller Central.
Experience with Flipkart Seller Hub and other marketplaces is preferred.
Robust understanding of:
Amazon SEO
Amazon PPC
Listing Optimization
A+ Content
Brand Registry
Inventory Planning
Marketplace Analytics
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
Experience with Helium 10, SellerApp, Jungle Scout, or similar tools.
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
