Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Call Center Executive to join our team in Bangalore. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, generating leads, follow-ups, appointment bookings, and converting enquiries into clinic visits.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
Follow up with leads and prospective customers.
Explain clinic services, offers, and procedures to customers.
Schedule and confirm customer appointments.
Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead information.
Achieve daily and monthly calling and conversion targets.
Coordinate with the clinic and sales team for smooth customer handling.
Maintain excellent customer relationships and provide a positive customer experience.
Requirements
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
English and Hindi communication are mandatory.
Kannada/Telugu communication will be an added advantage.
Previous experience in telecalling, call center, healthcare, sales, or customer service is preferred.
Target-oriented, confident, and persuasive personality.
Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling skills.
Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.
