The primary role of an ICR in a telemarketing role is to generate inquiries and classify the prospects as hot / warm / cold. Generate test drive requests.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Generate inquiries / prospects at the dealership by inviting customers to the dealership.
Pass on leads to Sales Consultants.
Ability to qualify customers by their Intention to Purchase (ITP).
Responsible for maintenance of dealership databases.
Provide MIS reports.
Contribute to action planning for developing various customer segments.
Increase SSI.
SKILLS REQUIREMENT
Positive telephone etiquette and persuasive in nature.
Should be alert and receptive.
Must be a very organized professional.
Knowledge about Excel.
Positive voice modulation.
Clarity in speech.
EDUCATION
Graduate in any discipline.
Any training in the customer care industry with telephone handling skills.
EXPERIENCE
1 to 2 years of experience in the service industry.
Telemarketing function for at least 6 months.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
