Create visually engaging, brand-aligned designs for AffixxMedia’s clients across social media, digital marketing campaigns, branding, advertisements, and other marketing needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Create social media posts, carousels, advertisements, banners, and marketing creatives
Design graphics based on content calendars and campaign requirements
Maintain consistent brand identity across all client creatives
Work closely with the Social Media Manager, Content Team, Ads Team, and Video Team
Convert concepts and content ideas into visually compelling designs
Create designs for Meta Ads and other digital campaigns
Make revisions based on client and internal team feedback
Manage multiple client projects and meet design deadlines
Organize and maintain design files and brand assets
Continuously explore current design trends and creative formats
Requirements:
Strong understanding of graphic design principles
Positive knowledge of typography, colors, layouts, and visual hierarchy
Ability to create clean and professional marketing creatives
Strong attention to detail
Ability to understand briefs and convert them into designs
Good time management and ability to handle multiple projects
Comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment
Preferred Skills:
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
Knowledge of Figma or Canva
Experience designing social media content
Experience with digital advertising creatives
Understanding of branding and visual identity
Basic understanding of motion graphics is an advantage
Previous experience in a digital marketing agency is preferred
