Job Summary

We are looking for a Sales Executive responsible for telesales, lead conversion, customer handling, and achieving sales targets. The candidate should be confident in making calls, following up with leads, understanding customer requirements, and converting enquiries into sales.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to new and existing customers.
Handle leads received through calls, website, social media, and other sources.
Understand customer requirements and explain products/services.
Follow up with customers and convert leads into sales.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
Maintain customer and lead details in CRM/Excel.
Generate recent leads through calls, referrals, and networking.
Upsell and cross-sell relevant products/services.




Coordinate with internal teams for customer requirements and order/service completion.
Prepare daily sales and follow-up reports.

Required Skills
Good communication and convincing skills.

Customer handling and negotiation skills.
Positive follow-up and lead conversion ability.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Basic knowledge of Excel, CRM, WhatsApp, and Email.

Qualification & Experience
Graduate in any discipline preferred.
1–3 years of experience in Sales, Telesales, Business Development, or Customer Relationship Management.
Experience in Automobile, Car Care, Retail, or Service Industry will be an added advantage.

Salary: As per experience + Performance Incentives

Pay: ₹10,005.97 - ₹33,521.07 per month
