Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Hardgoods Merchandiser to join our merchandising team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing product development, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring smooth execution from sampling to final shipment.

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end merchandising for hardgoods products including tabletop, barware, kitchenware, and home accessories
Coordinate with design, sourcing, sampling, and production teams
Manage product development timelines and sampling processes
Communicate with international buyers and handle day-to-day queries
Track orders, approvals, production status, and shipment schedules
Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout production
Coordinate inspections, documentation, and shipment execution




Negotiate with vendors and suppliers for pricing and timelines
Prepare costing sheets, quotation sheets, and product documentation
Follow up on approvals, packaging, and production planning

Requirements
1–5 years of experience in hardgoods merchandising/export industry
Strong understanding of materials such as stainless steel, aluminum, wood, resin, etc.
Positive knowledge of export documentation and production processes
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently
Proficiency in MS Excel and basic merchandising documentation
