Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Service Engineer to install, commission, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair equipment at customer locations. The ideal candidate should have solid technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and the ability to provide effective technical support while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or a related engineering field.
1–5 years of experience in service engineering, field service, maintenance, or technical support.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
Willingness to travel to customer locations as required.
Ability to work independently as well as with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
Install, commission, and set up equipment at customer locations.
Diagnose technical problems and carry out repairs and maintenance.
Conduct preventive maintenance and routine equipment inspections.




Attend customer service requests and breakdown calls.
Prepare service reports and maintain accurate maintenance records.
Provide customers with training on equipment operation and safety procedures.
Coordinate with internal technical, sales, and other relevant teams.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and service standards.
Manage service tools, spare parts, and equipment efficiently.
Assist with product testing, upgrades, modifications, and technical improvements when required.
Ensure timely resolution of customer issues and minimize equipment downtime.
