Manage day-to-day accounting and financial transactions.
Review and verify purchase, sales, expense, and journal entries.
Handle accounts payable and receivable activities.
Perform bank, vendor, customer, and ledger reconciliations.
Assist in preparation of monthly MIS and financial reports.
Ensure timely completion of GST, TDS and other statutory compliances.
Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
Monitor outstanding payments and receivables.
Coordinate with auditors, consultants, vendors, and internal departments.
Ensure proper maintenance and documentation of accounting records.
Identify accounting discrepancies and ensure timely resolution.
Support budgeting, cost analysis, and other finance-related activities.
Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and procedures.
Qualification
B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / MBA Finance or equivalent qualification.
Robust knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes.
Good working knowledge of MS Excel and ERP/accounting software.
Knowledge of GST, TDS and statutory compliance is preferred.
Experience
4–7 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance.
Experience in the manufacturing/steel industry will be an added advantage.
