We are looking for a motivated and responsible Human Resources Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations and support recruitment, employee relations, attendance, payroll.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
Manage employee onboarding and joining formalities.
Maintain employee records, HR documentation.
Monitor attendance, leave, and employee information.
Assist with payroll processing and monthly salary inputs.
Handle PF, ESIC, and other HR compliance-related activities.
Address employee queries and support employee relations.
Assist in performance management, training, and employee engagement activities.
Handle employee exit formalities and full & final documentation.
Ensure HR policies and procedures are properly implemented.
Requirements:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in HR.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of recruitment, HR operations, payroll, and labour compliance.
Positive working knowledge of MS Excel .
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle employee matters professionally.
