About the Role

Sylvan Ply Board is looking for a motivated and responsible Junior HR Executive to support day-to-day Human Resources activities. The ideal candidate should have prior HR experience, valuable communication skills, and the ability to handle employee-related matters professionally.

Key Responsibilities
Assist day-to-day HR and administrative activities.
Assist in recruitment, candidate screening, interview coordination, and joining formalities.
Maintain employee records, personal files, attendance, and leave records.
Coordinate onboarding and induction of new employees.
Assist with payroll inputs, attendance, leave, and salary-related HR documentation.
Assist employee queries and coordinate with management for their resolution.
Assist HR registers, reports, and other personnel documentation.
Support employee engagement and company HR initiatives.




Assist in implementing company HR policies and procedures.
Coordinate with different departments regarding employee-related matters.
Ensure proper documentation and timely completion of HR processes.
Perform other HR-related duties assigned by management.

Candidate Requirements
Education: Graduate in any discipline. HR/Business Administration specialization will be an advantage.
Experience: Previous HR experience is mandatory, preferably 1–3 years.
Good knowledge of basic HR processes and documentation.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office, particularly MS Excel and MS Word.
Ability to maintain confidentiality of employee information.
Positive attitude, professional behaviour, and willingness to learn.
Ability to work independently as well as with a team.

Compensation

₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month, depending on experience, skills, and suitability for the position.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
