Role Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and driven Talent Acquisition qualified to join our HR team and support end-to-end hiring across specialty chemicals and infrastructure functions. This role will also play a key part in campus hiring, helping us build robust early-career talent pipelines for the future.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical, plant, project, and corporate positions.
Drive hiring for specialty chemicals, infrastructure, and manufacturing-related roles.
Lead campus hiring initiatives for trainees, GETs, DETs, and interns.
Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and hiring priorities.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, direct sourcing, and campus engagements.
Screen profiles, coordinate interviews, and support offer closure.
Handle offer discussions, joining follow-ups, and pre-boarding coordination.
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles.
Track recruitment progress and maintain hiring MIS and dashboards.
Ensure a smooth, professional,



and positive candidate experience throughout the process.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Education:Graduate in any discipline.
MBA/PGDM in HR preferred

Experience:
5–6 years’ experience in Specialty Chemicals / Infrastructure / Manufacturing industry.

Key Competencies:
6–7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
Exposure to specialty chemicals, manufacturing, infrastructure, or engineering hiring.
Experience in campus hiring and volume hiring.
Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Valuable sourcing skills and a strong hands-on approach to hiring.
