Job Role & Responsiblities -
Handle international customers regarding overdue payments and account settlements. Negotiate payment arrangements and ensure timely recovery of outstanding balances.
Required Candidate profile -
Need Minimum 6 months of experience in International US Voice Collections process Exp require.
Experience in Banking, Financial Services, Credit Cards, Telecom Bill, Loans, or Collections domain preferred.
