The role involves managing daily store operations, ensuring accurate inventory control, and coordinating effectively with procurement and production teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain records of inward & outward materials
Ensure accurate inventory and timely stock updates
Monitor stock levels and plan replenishment
Handle GRN and dispatch processes
Ensure proper storage, labeling & safety of materials
Conduct regular stock audits and verification
Coordinate with purchase, production & sales teams
Maintain store documentation and reports
Follow FIFO / FEFO practices (FMCG/food industry)
Ensure store cleanliness and organization
Additional Requirements:
Hands-on experience in Tally & MS Excel
Ability to manage stock entries, reports & billing in Tally
Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data tracking)
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
