Job Responsibilities
Contact leads received through WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, phone calls, and advertisements.
Understand the customer's requirements and recommend the right detailing service.
Qualify leads and follow up with potential customers.
Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
Schedule appointments and coordinate with the operations team.
Maintain customer details and update the lead tracking sheet/CRM.
Follow up with previous customers for repeat services.
Achieve monthly sales and booking targets.
Provide excellent customer service before and after the booking.

Requirements
Positive communication skills in Malayalam (English is an added advantage).
Confident speaking with customers over phone and WhatsApp.




Basic computer and smartphone skills.
Ability to handle customer objections and close sales.
Prior sales or customer service experience is preferred but freshers with valuable communication skills are welcome to apply.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
