Supervise day-to-day construction activities at residential and commercial project sites.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors and labour teams.
Ensure work is executed as per architectural drawings, structural drawings, specifications and approved details.
Monitor quality of workmanship, materials and construction processes.
Prepare and maintain daily site progress reports.
Check measurements, quantities and assist with billing and BOQ verification.
Coordinate with the design team and communicate site issues promptly.
Plan and monitor construction schedules to ensure timely project completion.
Ensure proper execution of civil works, finishes, waterproofing, flooring, plumbing and other site activities.
Conduct regular quality checks and identify construction errors before completion.
Maintain site documentation, photographs and material records
