We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who can plan, execute, manage and optimise paid advertising campaigns across Meta and Google. The candidate will be responsible for driving qualified leads, sales and measurable business growth for our clients.

Scope of Work
Plan and execute campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads
Conduct audience research, competitor research and campaign planning
Create campaign structures based on client objectives
Manage budgets and optimise campaign spending
Monitor CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, conversion rate and other key metrics
Continuously optimise campaigns based on performance data
Conduct A B testing for creatives, audiences, offers and campaigns
Coordinate with the creative and content teams for ad creatives




Set up and monitor pixels, events, conversions and tracking
Prepare regular campaign performance reports
Identify prospects for improving lead quality and conversion
Stay updated with changes in Meta and Google advertising platforms
Work closely with clients and internal teams to understand business objectives
