Operations Assistant – Marketing Department

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and organized Operations Assistant to support the Marketing team with day-to-day coordination, campaign execution, data management, reporting, vendor coordination, and administrative activities.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with Excel, digital tools, data, and multiple teams, with valuable communication and follow-up skills.

Key Responsibilities Marketing Operations
Support the Marketing team in executing day-to-day marketing activities and campaigns.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure marketing tasks are completed on time.
Maintain marketing calendars, task trackers, and campaign records.
Follow up with team members on pending activities and deadlines.
Assist in coordinating promotional activities, events, and marketing initiatives.

Content & Digital Marketing Support
Coordinate with the content/design team for marketing requirements.




Assist in collecting product information, images, and other marketing materials.
Support social media and digital marketing activities as required.
Coordinate with external agencies, freelancers, or vendors when required.

Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in marketing operations, administration, coordination, or a related role preferred.
Valuable communication skills in English and Tamil; Hindi is an added advantage.
Positive knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
Comfortable working with data, reports, trackers, and digital tools.
