Blue Chip Finance is seeking a Loan Collection Executive to manage assigned loan accounts, ensure timely EMI collections, and effectively follow up on overdue payments. The ideal candidate should possess solid communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills with a target-oriented approach.
Key Responsibilities
Contact customers regarding pending/overdue EMI payments* and ensure timely collections.
Manage assigned loan accounts and follow up on outstanding dues.
Obtain and monitor Promise to Pay (PTP)* commitments and ensure adherence.
Address customer queries and payment-related concerns professionally.
Negotiate suitable repayment solutions within company policies and guidelines.
Maintain accurate customer information, collection updates, and follow-up records in the CRM.
Coordinate with internal teams for resolution of payment disputes and escalated cases.
Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets*.
Monitor delinquent accounts and take appropriate follow-up actions.
Ensure all collection activities are conducted professionally and in compliance with company policies and applicable regulatory guidelines.
Candidate Requirements
Qualification:* Graduate in any discipline; 12th Pass candidates with relevant experience may also be considered.
Experience:* 1–3 years of experience in loan collection, recovery, NBFC, banking, or financial services preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills*.
Solid negotiation, persuasion, and objection-handling abilities.
Target-driven with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility.
Ability to handle customer interactions professionally, including difficult situations.
Basic proficiency in MS Excel and CRM software*.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-oriented workplace.
Preferred Experience
Candidates with experience in Personal Loan, Business Loan, Digital Lending, NBFC, or FinTech collections will be preferred.
