Key Responsibilities

· Conduct product demo calls with potential customers to showcase Kappal.co’s digital freight solutions.

· Understand customer requirements and tailor demonstrations to highlight relevant features and advantages.

· Convert qualified leads into active subscribers by effectively communicating product value and ROI.

· Guide customers through the digital onboarding process, ensuring smooth setup and activation.

· Focus on customer retention by maintaining solid relationships and ensuring continued satisfaction with Kappal.co’s solutions.

· Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through consistent performance and follow-up.

·Collaborate with marketing, operations, and customer success teams to optimize the lead-to-subscription journey.

· Maintain accurate records of interactions, leads, and conversions in the CRM system.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
