Job Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to candidates regarding international job opportunities.
Explain job details, salary, location and recruitment process.
Generate interest and convert candidates through effective telephonic communication.
Handle queries and conduct regular follow-ups.
Maintain candidate records and calling data.
Achieve daily calling and monthly conversion targets.

Requirements
Positive communication and convincing skills.
Confident in making outbound calls.
Tele Sales, Telecalling or Recruitment experience preferred.
Freshers with positive communication skills can apply.
Target-oriented and enthusiastic personality.
