Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound travel inquiries and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
Sell Domestic & International Holiday Packages.
Promote Pilgrimage Tours, Luxury Holidays, Helicopter Tours, and Customized Travel Packages.
Understand customer requirements and prepare personalized travel itineraries.
Build long-term relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.
Follow up with prospects through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Coordinate with the Operations team to ensure seamless customer service.
Maintain accurate CRM records and update lead status regularly.
Negotiate with hotels, transport providers, and travel partners when required.
Upsell premium travel experiences, including helicopter services, private charters, luxury stays, and VIP travel solutions.
Stay updated on travel destinations, visa requirements, tourism trends, and recent products.
