Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain solid relationships with key US clients.
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams for timely delivery.
Handle client meetings, calls, presentations, and regular follow-ups.
Identify prospects for upselling, cross-selling, and account expansion.
Monitor client satisfaction and proactively resolve issues.
Track account performance, revenue, and business opportunities.
Prepare regular reports and updates for management.
Build long-term partnerships with clients and improve client retention.
Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Development, and Support teams to ensure smooth
execution.
Pay: ₹336,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
