Airbnb Property Manager – 7 Units

We are looking for an experienced, responsible, and guest-focused Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our 7-unit Airbnb property.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily operations of all 7 units and ensure they are clean, well-maintained, and guest-ready.
Manage and coordinate a team of 2–3 housekeeping staff, including schedules and quality control.
Communicate with guests professionally and promptly before, during, and after their stay.
Handle guest questions, complaints, and issues and ensure they are resolved quickly.
Coordinate maintenance, repairs, vendors, and other property needs.
Monitor inventory of linens, toiletries, cleaning supplies, and other essentials.
Conduct regular property inspections and proactively identify problems.
Help maintain high guest satisfaction and excellent Airbnb reviews.

Ideal Candidate
Experience in Airbnb, hospitality, hotel, or property management preferred.




Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
Previous experience managing staff is a plus.
Highly organized, proactive, dependable, and detail-oriented.
Solid problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.
Comfortable taking ownership and ensuring things get done without constant supervision.

We are looking for someone hands-on who can manage both people and property while delivering an excellent guest experience.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Experience:
