Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and energetic Social Media Executive who can manage social media platforms, create engaging content, and represent the brand confidently on camera. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in content creation, Reels, video shooting, editing, and social media management.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow the brand’s social media presence across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
Plan, create, and publish engaging social media content.
Create Instagram Reels, short-form videos, stories, posts, and other visual content.
Handle video shooting, basic photography, and video editing.
Come up with creative ideas and trends for Reels and social media campaigns.
Be comfortable appearing in front of the camera and acting as a face of the brand for Reels, promotional videos, and other content.
Stay updated with current Instagram trends, sounds, formats, and content styles.
Write engaging captions and maintain consistent brand communication.




Coordinate content shoots and manage the complete content creation process from concept to publishing.
Monitor social media performance and provide insights for improving engagement and reach.
Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams for campaigns and brand promotions.

Required Skills
1–2 years of experience in Social Media Management / Content Creation.
Robust understanding of Instagram and social media trends.
Hands-on experience in Reels creation and short-form video content.
Good video shooting and editing skills.
Familiarity with tools such as CapCut, Canva, VN, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar editing tools.
Solid creative thinking and content ideation skills.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Confident and comfortable facing the camera.
Ability to represent the brand professionally and naturally.
Good understanding of social media engagement and audience behaviour.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Candidate

Someone who is creative, confident, trend-aware, camera-friendly, and genuinely passionate about social media and content creation.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
