Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive Founder’s Office Associate/Manager to act as a strategic right hand to executive leadership, driving cross-functional projects and operational growth.
Key Responsibilities
Cross-Functional Execution: Drive strategy and projects across internal teams for timely delivery.
Partnerships & Outreach: Lead client outreach campaigns and prepare business proposals.
Executive Communication: Draft emails, pitch decks, and presentations on behalf of the Founder.
Independent Execution: Figure out solutions and execute initiatives with high ownership.
Operations & Tracking: Track action items and keep team deliverables on schedule.
Requirements
Experience:
0 to2 years in founder's office, media operations, consulting, or startup roles.
Execution Skills: Solid ability to navigate ambiguity and get work done independently.
Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Adaptability: Easily switch between high-level strategy and hands-on operational work.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
