Rhythm Hotels & Resorts is looking for an energetic and experienced Sales Manager. The candidate will be responsible for bringing new business, developing corporate relationships, conducting sales meetings and visits, and achieving sales targets for our hotels and resorts.
Key Responsibilities
Develop recent corporate accounts and maintain relationships with existing clients.
Conduct regular sales calls and meetings with companies, corporates, and event companies.
Generate business for rooms, conferences, meetings, events and other hotel services.
Identify recent business prospects and expand the company's corporate network.
Visit corporate offices and meet key decision-makers to generate business.
Prepare quotations, proposals and corporate rate agreements.
Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into confirmed business.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Maintain regular sales reports and update CRM/database.
Coordinate with Reservations, Operations, Events and other departments to ensure smooth execution of business.
Represent Rhythm Hotels & Resorts at business meetings, networking events and industry events when required.
