Field-Based Experience:
Freshers & Experienced Candidates Key Responsibilities
Visit potential clients and generate new business leads.
Explain products/services and convert leads into customers.
Conduct regular market visits and identify new opportunities.
Follow up with prospective and existing customers.
Maintain strong customer relationships. - Achieve monthly sales targets.
Submit daily/weekly sales reports.
Coordinate with the internal team for customer onboarding.
On-Field Training - Practical training on customer interaction and sales techniques.
Hands-on training in lead generation and prospecting.
Training on product/service pitching and objection handling.
Guided market visits with senior sales team members.
Training on follow-ups, negotiation and closing sales.
Daily guidance and performance feedback. Requirements
Good communication and convincing skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Target-oriented approach.
Ability to work independently in the field.
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
Freshers are welcome.
