Perform regular maintenance and servicing of AC and HVAC equipment.
Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults in AC systems.
Check and maintain compressors, condensers, evaporator coils, thermostats, and related components.
Attend to guest room, restaurant, office, and other resort AC-related complaints.
Monitor HVAC systems for proper performance and energy efficiency.
Carry out preventive maintenance as per schedule.
Maintain records of repairs, servicing, and maintenance work.
Ensure all tools and equipment are used safely and kept in valuable condition.
Follow safety procedures and resort maintenance standards.
Coordinate with the Engineering/Maintenance team for major repairs and replacements.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
