About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic final-year students and fresh graduates who want to start their career in Talent Acquisition and IT Recruitment.
You will get hands-on experience in sourcing and screening candidates for IT & technical roles while working closely with our recruitment team.
What You'll Do
Source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job portals.
Screen resumes and identify suitable candidates.
Connect with candidates and conduct initial screening.
Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Learn the complete IT recruitment process.
Who Can Apply?
B.Tech / B.E. – Computer Science / IT
B.Sc. – Computer Science / IT
BCA / MCA
Final-year students and recent graduates are welcome.
Candidates with a Computer Science / IT background are preferred.
No prior recruitment experience required.
