Responsibilities:
Lead and manage offline & online sales to achieve business targets.
Develop sales strategies and identify current business opportunities.
Manage distributors, dealers, key accounts and online marketplaces.
Monitor sales performance, revenue, inventory and market trends.
Build and maintain solid customer relationships.
Lead the sales team and ensure target achievement.
Drive brand growth across traditional, e-commerce and Q-commerce channels.
Requirements:
3 to 5 years of experience in Sales/Business Development.
Strong leadership, negotiation and team management skills.
Experience in both offline & online sales preferred
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
