Roles & Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email marketing, LinkedIn outreach, and online research.
Connect with international clients and schedule meetings through Google Meet, Zoom, or Skype.
Understand client requirements and present company services effectively.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly business targets.
Research e-commerce companies, brands, and market trends to identify potential leads.
Prepare presentations, proposals, and reports for client meetings and internal reviews.
Follow up with leads and maintain records in CRM or sales tracking tools.
Participate in online/offline business events, exhibitions, and networking activities when required.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
Learn and understand e-commerce industry trends and digital marketing basics.

Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Basic understanding of sales, marketing,



and business development.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
Good knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, and internet research.
Confidence in speaking with international clients.
Positive attitude, self-motivated, and willingness to learn.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and achieve targets.

Eligibility Criteria
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, Management, or related field.
MBA/PGDM candidates can also apply.
Freshers with solid communication and presentation skills are encouraged to apply.
