Key Responsibilities
Prepare, bake, and decorate a wide variety of breads, pastries, cakes, and desserts according to established recipes and quality standards.
Create and test current recipes to expand menu offerings and accommodate seasonal trends or dietary preferences.
Monitor inventory, order ingredients, and maintain quality control for incoming supplies.
Ensure strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards in the kitchen.
Manage, train, and mentor junior kitchen staff and bakery assistants.
Oversee baking schedules to ensure fresh products are ready on time for service.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
