Are you a detail-driven Oracle Fusion expert ready to make an impact in a cooperative and future-focused environment? At Transitials, we’re expanding our team and looking for a Functional Consultant – Oracle Fusion OTL who can deliver transformation with precision and purpose.
What You’ll Do
Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze and document requirements for system enhancements.
Configure and implement Oracle Fusion OTL solutions, aligned with approved functional documentation (AN100, CM030, MD050, etc.).
Lead UAT cycles – define test cases, support business testing, and resolve any issues.
Provide expert guidance on Oracle Fusion Time and Labor (OTL) configurations, integrations, and fast formulas.
Work closely with internal teams to roll out solutions across multiple entities and Joint Ventures.
Support end-user training and knowledge transfer activities.
Stay ahead of Oracle’s quarterly updates to leverage new features and capabilities.
What We’re Looking For
5–8 years of relevant experience in Oracle Fusion, particularly Time and Labor (OTL).
Proven experience in at least one full-cycle Fusion OTL implementation.
Strong hands-on experience with OTL setups, rapid formulas, absence integration, and local timekeeping system integration.
Excellent analytical, stakeholder management, and client-facing communication skills.
Proficiency in test planning, documentation, and regression testing.
Familiarity with tools like MS PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, Teams, and Power BI.
Fluent English communication and a team-oriented, proactive mindset.
Nice to Have
Formal Oracle training or certifications.
Experience with OTBI / BI Publisher, including custom subject area design.
