Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-focused Teleperformance Executive to engage with prospective clients, qualify leads, schedule appointments, and support the sales team in converting premium customers through effective communication.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective clients and respond to inbound enquiries.
Qualify leads and understand customer requirements.
Schedule appointments or site visits for the sales team.
Follow up with prospective customers and maintain regular communication.
Build positive relationships with customers through skilled interactions.
Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and customer information in the CRM system.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely customer engagement.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
Address customer queries and provide accurate product or service information.

Required Skills
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasion and customer handling abilities.




Good listening and follow-up skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.

Qualification
Graduate in any discipline.

Experience
1–3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or lead generation.
Experience in handling premium or luxury customer segments is an added advantage.

Ability to build rapport and convert enquiries into qualified leads.
Strong organizational and time management skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
