Guest Relations Executive (GRE) – Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities1. Guest Greeting & Welcoming
Provide a warm, courteous, and qualified welcome to all guests.
Escort guests to their tables/rooms, wherever applicable.
Ensure guests feel comfortable and attended to from arrival until departure.
Handling Guest Inquiries
Address guest queries regarding menus, services, facilities, and ongoing offers.
Provide accurate information, recommendations, and assistance to enhance the guest experience.
Complaint Handling & Resolution
Listen attentively to guest concerns and complaints.
Resolve issues promptly and professionally or escalate them to the concerned department when required.
Ensure complete guest satisfaction before closure of the concern.
Coordination with Departments
Coordinate effectively with chefs, managers, service staff, housekeeping, and other departments.
Ensure special guest requests such as celebrations, dietary requirements, and VIP arrangements are executed smoothly.
Reservations & Guest Management
Handle table/room reservations and booking inquiries efficiently.
Assist in planning seating arrangements and managing guest flow.
Ensure proper handling and attention for VIP guests.
Maintaining Records & Feedback
Maintain guest logs and reservation records.
Collect and track guest feedback.
Report operational or guest-related issues to management.
Restaurant Upkeep Support
Ensure menu cards are clean, updated, and well maintained.
Assist in folding napkins and maintaining basic table setup standards.
Skills Required
