Job Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries through online platforms
Provide customers with product and order details
Process and confirm customer orders
Follow up on cash collections and pending payments
Coordinate and follow up on product deliveries
Prepare and submit daily reports
Manage other customer relationship responsibilities as assigned
Requirements:
Positive communication and customer handling skills
Basic computer and online communication knowledge
Candidates residing near Pantheerankavu are preferred
Immediate joiners will be given priority
