Perform electrical and plumbing maintenance work at all outlet shops and production units.
Maintain and carry out basic troubleshooting of bakery production equipment such as ovens, refrigerators, deep freezers, chillers, mixers, and other machinery.
Repair and maintain electrical wiring, panels, switches, sockets, lights, fans, and other electrical equipment.
Attend to plumbing issues such as water leakage, taps, pipes, wash basins, and drainage problems.
Conduct regular preventive maintenance checks for production and outlet equipment.
Attend to equipment breakdowns promptly and rectify issues whenever possible.
Coordinate with external technicians or vendors for major technical repairs.
Respond to emergency maintenance calls as required.
Maintain maintenance tools, equipment, and spare parts properly.
Record and report maintenance activities and issues to the concerned authority.
Perform any other maintenance-related duties assigned by the management.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
