Infrastructure Management: Maintain local area networks (LAN/WAN), servers, firewalls, and hardware/software inventories.
Helpdesk & Support: Supervise IT support staff and resolve escalated end-user troubleshooting tickets.
Security & Backups: Enforce cybersecurity protocols, run routine data backups, and execute disaster recovery plans.
Vendor Coordination: Manage third-party tech vendors, software licenses, and hardware repairs.
System Upgrades: Coordinate routine software updates, system patches, and hardware replacements. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]

Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Knowledge: Robust background in Windows/Linux administration, networking, and cloud services.
Problem-Solving: Quick diagnostic skills to minimize system downtime.
Communication: Transparent communication to train staff and explain tech issues to non-technical teams.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience: 3 to 5 years of hands-on IT support or system administration experience. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
