Job Description

We are hiring Customer Support Executives for an International Collections Process. The ideal candidate should have solid English communication skills and relevant experience in international collections.

Roles & Responsibilities
Handle customer calls related to outstanding payments and collections.
Follow up with customers regarding pending dues.
Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
Negotiate and assist customers with payment-related queries.
Maintain accurate customer and payment records.
Follow process guidelines and quality standards.




Achieve assigned performance and collection targets.

Eligibility
Graduate / Undergraduate candidates can apply.
Minimum 6 months of International Collections experience.
Excellent English communication skills.
Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
Immediate joiners preferred.
