Key Responsibilities
Handle post-sales customer relationship management for real estate projects.
Coordinate with customers regarding possession, documentation, payments and other requirements.
Maintain regular follow-up with customers and resolve their queries/complaints.
Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Legal, Projects and other internal departments.
Maintain customer records, follow-up details and the CRM database.
Track payment schedules, outstanding amounts and documentation status.
Handle customer communication through calls, emails and WhatsApp.
Prepare regular CRM reports and MIS for management.
Ensure timely resolution and closure of customer issues.
Required Skills
Minimum 4 years of total experience in CRM / Customer Relationship / Client Servicing.
Previous experience in real estate is mandatory.
Solid knowledge of real estate customer handling and post-sales activities.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Good follow-up and coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and CRM software.
Ability to handle multiple customers and follow-ups simultaneously.
Skilled and customer-focused approach.
Gujarati, Hindi and English communication will be preferred.
