Job Summary

We are looking for a Relationship Manager to acquire current customers, sell insurance products, maintain strong client relationships, and achieve business targets. The ideal candidate should have positive communication, sales, and customer-handling skills.

Key Responsibilities
Generate new leads through referrals, field visits, networking, and other channels.
Sell suitable Life Insurance / General Insurance products to customers.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new clients.
Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Conduct client meetings and follow up with prospective customers.
Handle customer queries and provide post-sales support.
Maintain regular follow-ups and update customer information.
Coordinate with internal teams for policy processing and documentation.
Ensure proper collection and submission of required documents.




Develop business through referrals and existing customer relationships.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
2–5 years of experience in Insurance Sales / BFSI / Financial Services.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive negotiation and convincing skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and field sales.
Ability to generate leads and convert prospects into customers.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
