Job Summary

We are looking for a Site Engineer to oversee day-to-day construction activities at project sites, ensuring work is completed as per approved drawings, quality standards, specifications, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and monitor daily construction activities at the site.
Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, labourers, architects, and project teams.
Monitor the quality of materials and workmanship.
Check measurements and maintain daily site records.
Prepare daily progress reports and update project status.
Ensure construction work is completed within the planned schedule.
Identify and resolve site-level issues in coordination with the Project Manager.
Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment requirements.
Ensure proper implementation of safety procedures at the site.
Coordinate with the Architect and Project Manager regarding drawings and site requirements.
Conduct regular site inspections and report deviations or issues.




Maintain proper documentation of site activities, measurements, and material usage.

Requirements
Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
2–5 years of experience in residential or commercial construction.
Valuable knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site execution.
Ability to read and understand architectural and structural drawings.
Solid coordination and communication skills.
Positive problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Willingness to work at project sites and travel as required.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic construction-related software.
