Manager – MIS | Job Description

Location: Raila, Rajasthan
Position: Manager – MIS
Experience: 7–10 Years
CTC: ₹4.20–4.80 LPA

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Collect, consolidate, analyze, and validate data from various departments.
Develop and maintain MIS dashboards and management reports.
Track KPIs, operational performance, and business metrics.
Handle large datasets using MS Excel and prepare analytical reports.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely submission of reports.
Automate and improve existing MIS reporting processes.
Coordinate with different departments for data collection and clarification.
Present insights and reports to management for decision-making.

Required Skills:
Advanced MS Excel – Pivot Tables,



VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, charts, etc.
MIS reporting and data analysis
Dashboard preparation
Valuable analytical and problem-solving skills
Solid attention to detail
Positive communication and coordination skills
Knowledge of Power BI will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile:
Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PG qualification preferred.
7–10 years of relevant experience in MIS, Reporting, Data Analysis, or Business Operations.
Candidates willing to work in Raila, Rajasthan will be preferred.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
